Información acerca de éste álbum

Decidí grabar esté álbum montaña adentro en el Iztaccihuatl ubicado entre el estado de México y Puebla, como una ofrenda a la madre naturaleza.
Como una forma de agradecerle, honrar la creación, la vida, el agua, la montaña, el cielo, los arboles y los seres visibles e invisibles que en ella habitan.
Como un recordatorio para respetarla, cuidar de nosotros, lo que vemos y no vemos.

Y una forma para mi de honrarla es sembrar arboles; en el área donde grabé el álbum, muchos arboles están siendo cortados rápidamente. Es muy triste lo que nos estamos haciéndonos a nosotros mismos, destruyendo nuestro planeta, el único que tenemos.
Hice una promesa a los espíritus del lugar, para que me permitieran grabar ahí.
Les dije que haría algo positivo de éste álbum y plantar arboles seria una forma positiva de honrarlos a ellos y a mi.

I decided to record this album deep inside the mountain at Iztaccihuatl located between the state of Mexico and Puebla.
As an offering to Mother Nature. As a way to give thanks to her, to honor the creation, life, water, the mountain, the sky, tres, and the visible and invisible beings that live in it. And as a reminder to respect her, to take care of ourselves, what we are able to see and we can’t see.

And a way for me to honor her is to plant trees; in the area where I recorded the album many trees are being cut so rapidly. It's so sad that we are doing to ourselves, destroying our planet, the only one we have.
I made a promise to the spirits of the area to let me record there.
I told them I was gonna do something positive out of this album, and plant trees would be a positive way to honor them and myself.

Este álbum fue hecho con el propósito de encontrar un espacio de introspección, de ir hacia adentro, meditar, relajarse, dormir, encontrar paz en los sonidos que fueron grabados en la naturaleza, en el Iztaccihuatl. Reconectar contigo mismo.
Lo ideal es escucharlo en un momento tranquilo, con audífonos para percibir aquellas frecuencias sutiles y generar ritmos binaurales.
También lo puedes escuchar con bocinas de buena calidad, no tendrá los efectos directos sobre el cerebro, pero aún así los sonidos de naturaleza, gongs, flautas, cuencos tibetanos y handpan afectaran positivamente el entorno.
Ideal para terapias, masajes, acupuntura, reiki, etc.

This album was made with the porpouse to find a space of going within, meditate, relax, sleep, found peace in the sounds that were recorded in nature, at Iztaccihuatl. Reconect with yourself.
The ideal is to listen to it in a peacful momento, wearing headphones to percibe subtles frequencies and generate binaural beats.
You may also listen to it with good quality speakers, it won’t have the direct effects on the brain, even dough the sounds of nature, gongs, flutes,tibetan singing bowls, handpan, will have positive effects over the environment.
